Kim was amazing as a realtor. She was in constant contact with us and made sure that we were able to get what we wanted. I couldn’t be more happy with the service Mrs. Petty has provided for our family. We were able to sell our home the first day it was on the market for more than asking price thanks to the diligent research she put in to give us highly accurate information.
